Your feet are tingling and you\u2019re feeling relaxed and calm. Nature offers a big boost to mental and physical wellbeing. Here are some tips to bring some of those good vibes into your everyday life!<\/p>\n<h4>Mental Clarity<\/h4>\n<p>Does your brain sometimes grind to a halt?\u00a0This is called mental fatigue\u00a0 &#8211; The answer is to get outside.\u00a0 If you\u2019re working in an office, getting a regular break outside can help you think more creatively and actively.\u00a0 Use your break to take a walk, preferably in nature.\u00a0 Be it a park, lake, canal or a beach (if you&#8217;re lucky enough to live by the sea).\u00a0 The saltiness of the sea air is composed of charged ions which help the body\u2019s oxygen absorption. This then balances serotonin levels. The more balanced your body\u2019s serotonin levels are, the more focus you\u2019ll have.<\/p>\n<p><em>Solution &#8211; Get outside for regular breaks, or get in a boat<\/em><\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\">Live in the Moment<\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">You can\u2019t think of daily stress when you\u2019re jumping in the sea. Sea swimming and coasteering are so completely mentally consuming, you have no choice to switch off and live in the moment. Much simpler than spending years learning how to meditate!<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><em>Solution &#8211; Loose yourself in Vitamin Sea<\/em><\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\">Reduces Stress<\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A Study found that spending time in the forest lowers levels of cortisol &#8211; the hormone behind stress. Another study found lower levels of cortisol as well as a lower heart rate in people when surrounded by trees.
