“Incredible! My husband and I were looking for some “adventures” to take part in together during our honeymoon in Ireland. I’m SO glad we opted for the sunset kayaking adventure with Real Adventures! Clare was the perfect tour guide: friendly, informative, and experienced. It felt like we were kayaking with a friend we’d known for years! Clare is able to account for all levels of experience in kayaking – I would call myself a beginner and my husband is a little more advanced. Based on our level of comfort, Clare took us to view a variety of incredible sea caves on our tour and pointed out local wildlife and flora as well. She took pictures of us while we were on the tour and posted them within a few days for us to be able to download. It felt great to get out and do something together as a couple that was so incredibly unique, but didn’t necessarily require a huge time commitment or level of experience. All of the equipment we needed was provided to us by Real Adventures. One helpful hint: for those, like us, who did not realize that sunset in Ireland in the summer is around 10pm, be sure to eat beforehand because the local restaurants will be closed by the time you are done with your kayak. My husband and I had a late lunch and purchased some munchies and a bottle of wine from the local grocery store for a perfect end to a very romantic adventure!”
