The beauty of this sport is its combination of physical skill and mental focus, making it an exciting, interesting, and rewarding activity.

Our expert guides with decades of climbing experience and qualifications will introduce you to belaying, explain the foot and hand holds on the chosen route and guide you through your climb in a wild, and remote setting outside Roundstone. These lessons are open to all-levels, even if you are a complete beginner.

The highlight for many is the sense of accomplishment as you reach the top, and then the free flow as you abseil back down to ground level! Tailored our experience
Claire is an experienced and amazing instructor, we are really grateful to have her! What's more she even granted us a favour by giving us a lift to the coral beach (Mannin beach), which is inaccessible through the public transport. We had a great day with unusual sunny weather of 17 degrees too, really thank God for it! Clare is also very flexible and tailored our experience which enabled us to see the best parts of Clifden through this rock climbing experience.

It was pretty epic
Real Adventures is AWESOME. My husband and I went rock climbing with Thomas ( sorry if the spelling is incorrect) and it was pretty epic. Thomas was a wonderful guide. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and just really a great guy to be around. I would 100% recommend Real Adventures to anyone who is looking for an epic adventure in Ireland!
